1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Outta application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Outta is a collaborative shopping list application that enables real-time collaboration, smart recommendations, store preferences, price tracking, and analytics.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Outta.
4. Account Registration
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
5. User Conduct
- Do not use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Do not upload malicious code or viruses
- Do not scrape, spider, or crawl the Service
- Do not reverse engineer or decompile the application
6. Household Sharing
When you create or join a household, all household members can view and edit shared shopping lists. You are responsible for who you invite to your household.
7. Subscription and Payment
Basic features are available for free with limitations. Premium features may require a paid subscription and renew automatically unless canceled.
8. Intellectual Property
The Outta application, including content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may delete your account at any time through app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
